Main Hall / Working Population

Haven't been able to find this on my forum searching expedition....

When I upgrade my main hall with available population, do those folks turn into part of my 'working' population?
Particularly key for the golden abyss for instance.

Thanks for the insight.

Correct.. Any time you upgrade or build a building requiring population the population is subtracted from your available population and adds them to your working population.. Every time you upgrade your golden abyss the population you get from it is added to your available population

In the case of your main hall the population turns into tax collectors, administrators and politicians :p
