mainhall not completing

player in our guild thor norgaard main hall isnt completing and we can not do neighbor help unless we jump to a phone app. Can you clear whatever is locking him. Tried sending a FS chat and even a mail message and no luck

In the PC version of the game, his Main Hall won't complete until he logs in again, so if he has quit the game it will remain in that construction limbo. This has been an issue and compaint of many players since the beginning of Elvenar. At least there IS now the app version where those who have it can do their Neighborly Help and bypass this obstacle :rolleyes:
