I have just added all of the player feedback that we have to date in a section at the end.

Post your comments in our thread - and once Part One is done, we will be posting another feed-back opinion poll in the Forums, like we did for the last one!

in your video, you had said that you won't get mana from this building because you are not yet in the wood-elves, neither am I, so my question is later when I reach that stage will the building start to produce mana?

Sadly, no.
The properties of the building are determined the moment you acquire them - and they never change.

I am not able to finish it in beta and probably won't in Win. I had to sell off so many houses to be able to change direction and accommodate the size of the new one and so my population is a few thousand in the negative. So, I'm stuck at #9 not being able to build all 3 T1 factories to do those 3 hour productions. meh. This means that there is no need to even worry about part 2 as i was unable to finish part 1. Not being able to do a temporary storage means you have to delete buildings and then build them back after you move things around. and this game feature results in people not being able to participate in some events now. Not happy but it is what it is.

I decided not to go negative on pop, although I have to remove some high value cult/pop buildings to accommodate my campus. The last event gave me nothing real valuable so I am building habitats to cover for loss of pop and keep mana high. I just finished researching resisdences in s&d and am completely ready for the event, if they would not have postponed it for 24 hours, I would be in the middle of it :D

Inno Developer message with some good info! They listened to us!!!

Hi everyone!

We promised to get back to you with more specifics and we have them now :) Please allow me to sum them up for you:

- First of all: The event will only go live tomorrow. We are planning to bring the updated version to Beta as well for those of you who haven't done all the quests yet.
- Based on your early and detailed feedback, we changed all the "pay X amount of" quests to replace them with more generic quests.
- We updated few of the rewards.
- We made it easier to work around the quests requesting to start production of non boosted goods. They will require either a lot less time or a lot less factories (one of each kind of non boosted goods, even at level one will be way enough).
- We got rid of the second part of these quests so they don't include "pay X amount of goods" on top either.
- Some of the other quest have been made easier as well.
- We are applying similar principles for the second part of the event as well and based on your feedback, will not include "Pay X goods" quests in there either.

Furthermore we'd like to address your questions and concerns about the limited time we had for Beta testing this Questline Event. One of the next things that we'll be testing shortly on Beta, will be a

This feature will have totally new game mechanics and in order to have enough time to test that properly, we had to reduce the beta testing time for this QLE event. We know that this is not the ideal way to go and we do not plan to reduce the beta time in the future. It's only this time around that the conditions forced us to prioritise testing quite a fair bit.

Let me finish by thanking you all once again for giving us your valuable feedback to help us all get a better product to our Live versions. We are grateful to have you all around and for the engagement you've shown.

Can I have my army greet Lady Estrella when she arrives and escort her out of my city? At least that would be preferable to having them attack her and her entourage! Are you getting the feeling that I am less than pleased about yet another special event so soon after the last one? I seriously doubt that I'm going to be doing this one in any but my oldest (of 6) cities. I'm barely recovered from the last event in my smallest city!

So Im on chapter III - IV - I work just as hard for the rewards as a higher tier player and my buildings are gimped ?

I know it feels that way - and I've felt that way as well - but they are scaling the rewards based on the chapter you are in. For someone in chapter 3 or 4 to get the same culture value / pop / etc as a player in chapter 11 would be seriously

Seriously what? I am dying of suspense here. Wolfsinger, how could you not finish this statement? Just kidding.:p

The scaling of buildings actually makes sense. If every prize was the same level, either the lower level players would be getting over-powered buildings or the higher level players would be getting under-powered buildings. At least with the scaling, we should be getting a building that is on par with the level that you are at currently. It would be nice if later events had a prize that you could win that would renovate an old prize to increase the level. For example, I win a cultural building worth 500 culture in chapter 3. The next event comes around and I managed to get into chapter 5. I win a renovation kit that increases the culture to 1000.

The reno kit is a great idea. The only other thing I can come up with is to base some event buildings on MH level just like wonders are now. This way a prize could grow with you, and you could keep it. Obviously not all prizes should have this as your city would fill up pretty quickly, but maybe a couple prizes per year could have a more "permanent" status.
