So one thing I have noticed is that we have a lot buildings that are the same, Workshops, goods, etc. What if there was a MASTER Building that housed each of those as long as they were the same level. Then after they are housed, they can be upgraded as a whole and not individually. Same with the Armory, workshops, goods. This allows for extra space especially when you are up in the higher research levels and need more space to build the Settlements.
