Military Economy Questions

So I'm thinking through some things and curious about how the military economy works in Elvenar.

So the number of troops that my Barracks/Training Grounds/Merc Camp produce per production is based on a number that starts with the Barracks, then increases with the amount and level of Armories, plus any applicable Ancient Wonders.

But how is the number of Supplies needed for each military training production determined? Is that based on squad size? On number of units produced? Something else?

In other words, does increasing your Armories improve the efficiency of training troops, making it so that you can produce more troops for the same amount of Supplies? Or does that efficiency always stay the same?

it's based on number of units produced, so as you increase the number of units produced per 24 hours, your supply use goes up

AWs and event/crafting buildings that produce "free" troops don't increase supply use, but the AWs that increase the amount of troops you're producing in barracks/merc camp/training grounds do

The "supplies per troop" is static throughout the game. You can test this by setting the slider for each troop to "1" throughout the game and/or in your different cities.

The only way to improve "supplies per troop" is:
1. level up your troops via technology research - 3 star troops are better and stronger than 1 star troops.
2. build buildings that give free troops (vallorian valor; AWs).
3. [indirectly] have stronger troops (via AWs and temporary buildings).

Otherwise your choice of military buildings only changes how fast you can train troops, and how many troops you can train at once.
