Missing Cultural Buildings.

I currently have a new Fellowship member whose cultural buildings have disappeared, can anyone tell me what is happening? Fellowship member is quite distraught about this issue. Has already updated the game. And still no help.

They need to contact support they can tell the player what's happened to their buildings
The only thing you will get on the forums is advice from players
Unless someone else had the same problem then they could tell you about their issue
The only ones that can give you a definite answer is support
