Mobile ignoring BTG wonder for Elemental production

Current situation: Mobile version shows a lower production from Elemental buildings than browser. Some quick calculation indicates that the mobile version is ignoring the bonus from Blooming Trader Guild. (I just noticed the bug tonight and haven't been able to check whether it's just a display bug or if we actually receive different amounts depending on where we collect.)

Expected situation: Both versions should show the same production.

Reproduction Steps
1. Have a city with Blooming Trader Guild and some elemental settlement buildings.
2. Look at production on browser.
3. Look at production on mobile.

Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!

Tested and verified that this is a display bug only. When collecting from mobile, the numbers that float up the screen show the lower production, and you can't tell how much you actually got because the displayed inventory numbers are rounded, but checking exact numbers on browser before and after collecting on mobile shows that it did add the full amount to inventory.
