Mobile/PC log on

I started playing Elvenar using the mobile app, is it not possible to log on to my account using a pc? When I try to log on using pc I get an error message saying “There is no player with this e-mail/name. Please try again.” Will I need to create a new city to play on pc?

check the URL of where you're logging into. US servers are different than EN servers.
