Move the 'produce all' tab

Mini-Problem: the "Produce All" tab on the production choice box is so close to the "close box" box that I often mistakenly hit the close-box instead of the produce-all tab. Thus having to start all over and waste my precious time. I'm sure I'm not alone in this.

Easy-peasy fix: move the produce-all tab to the center top of the box.
