my game reset

For some reason I logged on to when I logged on to elvenar on another device and tried to create a new world, it said I needed to complete the totourial so Iooked on m world and my game had reset.
Has this happned before, if so how should I fix it????
 
Have not heard of it happening! Would suggest opening a support ticket so they can look into it for you! Go to the gear box on bottom right, click and then select the "?" and it will take you directly to support. Good Luck!
