How do I get past the requirement for 1550 marble when the game only allows the collection of 1500?

Is the requirement collect 1550 marble? If that is the case trade some away then manufacture or trade for some more.

There should not be a cap on your marble. If it won't let you ahve more than 1500 marble, there is something wrong and you should file an in-game support request:
To access support, when logged into the game, use the question mark from the gear pop-up at bottom right:
