New Chat Indicator Not Showing

When I play on my Samsung Tab S6 using the latest OS release and latest Elvenar 1.128 the ! Mark used to indicate that there is a new chat doesn’t show up. I’ve tried clearing the cache, app data, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Is anyone else having this issue?

Been like that off and on for years. The chat has always been unstable and it has random breakdowns.

Even though it was rhetorical, I will give a real answer. The chat is a third-party system, so they can kick the can down the road for problems with it.

Here's my rhetorical question: "Why is anything ever broken/glitchy/buggy when it comes to technology?"
