Hi, I've only been playing a day and am wondering if it's possible to relocate a city expansion once it has been placed. If so, I haven't figured it out yet and would appreciate some guidance. Thanks!

It's not possible to relocate an expansion. HOWEVER, it's very useful to have a some spare buffer space somewhere inconvenient, as it's VERY handy when you need some wiggle room for rearranging your city and accommodating the never ending upgrades.
