I would like to see a new spell which could either do a boost to a single builder (aka cut the build time down on one project, just like somebody polishing your builder) or allow you to stack builders on the same job, such as 2 builders doing a residence cut's the build time down by decent percentage.
This would give the opportunity for people in less active fellowship's the ability to post that they want their fellow members to polish their culture, while they use the magic academy themself to boost their own growth while leveling up their city.
The mechanics are already in place since in essence you get a boost on builders if a player polishes your builders hut so it might not be that hard of a code to write.
