The Elvarian Games are returning to Beta next week, Monday June 26th. Karvest posted some pics of a set building, Seapectecular Aquatics set, earlier this week, and this was confirmed today by Deadeye Jerry. The link is in my 'all events' section of Events Scrolls here.

While another event would have been better appreciated after a longer break, the good news (to most of us) is, no FA in between.

Hello my beta player friends... I have been out of the loop for a bit now due to the fact that I'm old and it caught up with me pretty hard. Is there going to be a fellowship adventure between this event and the dumbie games?

Is there any pattern we can expect from previous chapter releases for how many new premium expansions will open up?

Define "soon", please.

I think the Beta forums nailed it. The release was intended to be already on Beta and within weeks for live at this point. Everything is on hold, though, until the chapter migration has finished. The announcements are premature.

Beta will be having Fellowship Adventures on July 20th; yes, the same day as the event launches on live
There will be some changes, which I will update in my guide, once they are known, and confirmed.

" We have made the following changes for the new round of Fellowship Adventures:
  • Produce 50 beverages" quest is changed to "Produce 25 beverages.
Developers note: We acknowledge that the initial requirement was quite grindy so to address this, we experimented with a new condition that cuts the requirement in half but increases the number of badges needed. This change aims to maintain the overall balance while allowing to collect the Dwarven Brewery Badge more frequently.
  • The coin requirement for Coin Sack badge is reduced by 6%.
Developers note: Last year we made some changes that led to an increase in the requirements for the Coin Sack badge but based on the player's feedback we decided to reduce the requirement.
  • To reflect these changes, the number of badges required for certain waypoints has been increased.
There'll be new rewards:
  • Map 2: Dragonheart Estate Artifact
  • Map 3: Tome of Aquatic Shows
(Tome of Aquatic Shows offer a selection between three building from the latest set: Skyfin Rodeo, Windchasers Finale, and Sirens' Ballet)"

The FA will the usual length. There is no word yet on which version of FA this will be but it sounds like version H.

The Announcement is here.

M'lady, in your expert opinion, are these changes much ado about nothing or are they a positive shift? It seems to me they may not result in any real differences. If it costs $10 for a dozen eggs and people say that's too expensive then charging them $4.99 for half a dozen isn't really a solution.

Hi @Astram just a reminder that the intent of the Beta Thread was to close it and replace it each time a new chapter is coming on Beta. That may have slipped through the cracks (or changed while I was away last time)

Chapter 21 has not started on Beta yet, so this thread still has some time left in it.

The original plan was when it was announced, not when it begins play. People are ofent already deep into discussing things before they are in play, and having those discussions stay lumped together is handy. It may also take a few days for a forum mod to actually decide to close the thread and archive it and start a new one, so waiting until it's already in play will carve a deep cut through any discussions.

Lol Gordo - typically it is challenging to collect Coin badges; I know people who go through every resource available to them. I expect it to remain the same, a difficult task. In the case of Brews, po'tay'to, po'ta'toe, certainly.

That said, I was pleased to be able to bring you all this news, as I maintain the Fellowship Adventures Guide, found in the Scrolls Keeper section of the Forum. Now folks know I am on top of it.
