Quick question: Can someone confirm that the 3hr and 9hr factory production quests can now be fulfilled by any factory and any 3 or 9hr good? It looks that way from what @Jackluyt, @TomatoeHu and Sylvia have on their wonderful resources, but idavis still has it listed as Basic productions, so I wanted to double check.

The quests asking for amounts now accept all three types of goods, but I can't remember about those.

I don't think expansions can be won unless I missed something. There is 1 new prov completion expansion which requires 620 provs to be cleared. There is 1 optional and 1 required expansion tech in chapter 20. There are also 2 new premium expansions.

This works for any good. I used a level 1 marble and a level 15 plank and a level 4 crystal factory. A friend used Ink. Go to town

Produce 2 of any goods of your choice using 3 hour option - this is the quest wording we recorded in Beta.
In practice most of us deploy a few Tier One Marble or Planks for the event, because they are tiny.

I tested it, you can collect a Tier 1 through 6 factory. I have no ascended goods to test but i am certain they are also included

I took the 'mysterious new technologies' as being a tongue in cheek expression about the 2 techs in chapter 20 for expansions. But that's just my guess.

Pretty much, because the chapter was not out yet or the tech tree revealed. So just Inno screwing with everyone again.

Does that apply for FA badge production too? I am very expansion locked, and don't mind using leveled up W/Ss and Factories for FA...if the time element is the deciding factor...otherwise I am very limited in helping the FS.

@EiLeNeva Use the higher level factories for the Bracelet badges and the Level 1 factories for the Statue and Necklace badges. It would be expensive tying up your high level factories for 1 or 2 days. It’s best to do the 3 hour productions for the Bracelets, depending on how often you are able to collect.

Good comment. Also, higher players can't do the 24 and 48 hour productions on their boosted tier one, because those slots are given over to producing sentient goods, once you have upgraded to that level.

I never understood the reason for placing "level 1s" back when I had 20 W/Ss and 15 Boosted Marble...They were all leveled up as far as they could be for the chapter I was in. The badge count pop-up answered my immediate questions, so until this week of calm (before) seemed like a good time to ask.
Whenever the FA begins, those 5 or 6 days are so frantic...I can't think to ask.
