not receiving all rewards for opening chests in summer solstice

Hello, 3 times I have golden chest with moon splinters. I am not receiving knowledge points or the buildings associated with them. I have received some of the other rewards.

If you hover your mouse over the chest it shows you the items that can be won. Beside that item is the chance of getting that item. You can only win 1 item per chest claimed not all of them.
