Current situation:
Not receiving bonus Coldfire Phoenix KPs (14) from province scout completion. Another province must be selected for scouting in order to trigger the KPs into the KP bar.
Also no longer getting the floating popup/popover graphic when the scouting is completed.
Changing view (city/world/etc) or closing/relogging into the game has no effect.
I currently have 3 hours left on the feeding timer, with the last scout completion KPs still not given.

Expected situation:
Based on last Coldfire feeding from approx a week ago, a "popup" graphic would show on screen when the scouting completed, and while the KPs might not show immediately, they were always credited simply by changing between the city/research/world view.

Reproduction Steps
1. Start province scout
2. Feed Coldfire Phoenix
3. Scouting timer ends
4. Fail to receive bonus KPs

I contacted customer support about the same issue:

”Thank you for contacting the Elvenar support team.
We're happy to help you with this.
With the latest game release the Coldfire Phoenix's effect has been changed to no longer give Knowledge Points when a scout finishes, but when a scout is started instead. This change was made because we found that some players could experience problems if they were offline while both the scout and the Coldfire Phoenix's feeding effect ended. By changing the time at which the Knowledge Points are granted, we avoid ever getting in this situation. Unfortunately the tooltips of the building explaining the effect have not yet been updated accordingly. You will receive your knowledge points when you next start your scout provided the feeding is still in effect.“
