When collecting from your Golden Abyss, the "toast" notification that floats up from the GA does not include your culture bonus. The notification in the status bar at the top of the screen (as well as the amount actually added) do include it. See screenshot below. (My current culture bonus is 165%; Level 31 GA; Level 43 Main Hall.)
I assume that this happens to the other coin/supply wonders (like Prosperity Towers), but I haven't directly tested them.
