Current situation:
The Elvenar Wiki entry for Oracle of Fortune shows 2 spells per week at level 5. The in-game pop-up for the level 5 oracle shows 1 spell per week at level 5.


Expected situation:
In-game view should match wiki.

I strongly suspect that the wiki is wrong. Usually the 'major' upgrades to benefits (like an extra RR in this case) would come after you complete a rune-level upgrade, not when you complete a normal KP research level. This means that RR's should go up at levels 1, 6, 11, 16, etc...
