So yeah, this is new. Did the first round of the planks tournament that began today, and part of the negotiation cost is now orcs. I haven't began a new chapter since last tournament, and orcs were not part of the cost before. Currently in S&D chapter.
So, my question is: Are these orcs supposed to be part of the tournament cost? I realize they are part of regular province negotiation cost, but never seen them in tourneys. Either I have been very fortunate for a long time by not having them in my tourneys, or this is an unintentional bug with their sudden appearance. Anyone else?
