Personalized color theme for buildings?

make up one's own color combination for the buildings so the cities can be more personalized

Since the main theme is to build one's own city, maybe at some point open up the option of make up one's own color combination for the buildings so the cities can be more personalized?

I don't know how achievable is this in term of game development and programming, but I think it could be a good feature.
