I continually find myself short on a good needed for upgrading a manufactory, then having to make note, back out… check my inventory, do the math, then go to the trader and set up a trade.
My suggestion is to add a "trade for missing goods" button/functionality on building upgrade tabs. So if I need 21,489 soap to start the upgrade, that amount would be entered when the trade window opens. Then I can select whatever goods I wish to offer, it will automatically match what is in the "desired" field and boom, I could place the trade.
