In a forum devoted to the business of writing, I created a thread on getting distracted from your writing and dealing with those distractions. One of the forum moderators (in response to someone saying they have been distracted by health issues) completely derailed it with a discussion of why the person ought to abandon their doctor's advice and followed up with multiple posts around a detailed list of holistic alternatives.

Every forum gets off topic. A topic about "dealing with distraction" getting distracted by a moderator is unusual.

Sorry for a late reply, you're right. That is unusual. But, here, I would expect it. These forums aren't exactly normal or fair ^ ^
