File a support request. Can't quarentee you will get what you want, but that is the propers way to do it. I myself agree with you. Click on the grey gear in the lower right corner, then on the yellow ? mark.

There are some really bad ones out there. I tend to think they are cities belonging to 12 yr olds at least in maturity years. The good thing... they are usually one day wonders and will be removed now after 30 days of inactivity.
