Time to add Decline button to all quests. Too many quests sit there for days and weeks while waiting to be able to complete them. Add to that the thought that maybe we don't need or want what the quest requires. What if I don't want to waste an entire expansion on some gigantic building or wonder just yet? What if I don't want to waste 2 days of copper production to produce a statue that results in a tiny fraction of the copper I would have produced doing 3 hour productions over that same period of time? Since I can't decline this quest it will sit there for who knows how long.
