Complete 1 work shop upgrade to level 6 or higher all of mine are at least level 8. That mean to get another?

So you need to upgrade one to level 9 or a new workshop up to level 6. That sounds like a repeatable quest so you can just decline it and move to the next one. This one will return in the loop so it is good when you are trying to update workshops.

My question is I am in the last chapter and have the opportunity to expand but......there is no room for expansion. Are you going to add more space so that we can expand as needed? To keep the culture up where it needs to be there is not enough room for everything else
