"random" rune prizes giving runes for completed Wonder

right now in my game i have Golden Abyss unlocked (but not placed) and i now have 2 runes that are "extra"

could this be trapped and other runes given??

This is normal. As your subject says "random". This has been a widely discussed topic with many suggestions made with what to do with extra runes for ancient wonders already built. All you can do for now is save them for when you need to unlock from level 5 to 6 and again at level 10 to 11.
