Good day, Humans & Elves,
My name is Nate and I am an Elvenar player as well as someone who plays Forge of Empires simultaneously. I have been playing this game for the past year now and I have been liking the overall diversity of this game, as much as this game looks very similar to FoE some gimmicks are independent of FoE (such as Fellowship Adventures, Guest Races (I mean they introduced "Colonies" in FoE but still it's unique), Sentient/Ascended Goods, the whole upgrading gimmick, etc.) and I respect that. Many players have complained about the issue with expansions given to F2P players or the limit of how one can re-arrange their city how they like. Since this is primarily labeled as "a city builder game". I thought of an idea that totally makes sense in a building game which is a reconstruction mode. In FoE, this is a mode already introduced years ago as a matter of fact and I think it should definitely be implemented in Elvenar too.
For starters, this is basically a temporary Elven City Builder implemented into the game. I will attach a link by the FoE team to demonstrate more clearly what it looks like but it is essentially an organizing tool where you can "strip" all kinds of building in your temporary inventory. Players can then place and organize their buildings as efficiently as possible to make their city look as they want without the fear of buying more expansions to do it the hard way.
Constraints: All roads, buildings, AWs, everything HAS to be placed in the new layout before selecting the check box which will transform your city to its new layout.

2. What are the benefits for all players?
Quite obvious actually, everyone will be happy at the end of the day since this game is eccentric towards city building. I don't see a reason why not the devs won't implement it. Organization/Efficiency is the key in this game and without it, one cannot be "strong". Space is a constraint that's for sure but adding this feature will not only make the players stop complaining about constant expansions but this will also help them be more efficient with themselves.
3. What are the drawbacks?
In all honesty, some players may find this a "bad" update as it will take away the game's well-known "strategy" towards building a city.
4. How will this change the game?
Simple, it won't dramatically change the game but it will rather help players establish their city more efficiently instead of wasting space for irregular-sized buildings this potential addition to the game may bring in a better response towards the overall building portion of this game.
Well if you have any questions about this idea let me know, I feel like this can be a good addition to the game but I really don't know how willing the devs are to implement this. It seems a code-heavy feature but at the end of the day, it is a good feature regardless. People struggling with space will appreciate it.
