To make recruiting easier, I think that a list of currently actively recruiting fellowships sorted by their player requirements would help. It could show:
- ranking points
- activity - frequency of logins
- tournament score
- Spire points etc

This list could be linked to the current fellowship list or show additional fellowship details like:
- number of active players (at least once a week login?)
- player turnover etc

It needs to be updated by Archmage at least once a day or maybe even every couple of hours so it only shows actively looking fellowships. It would also help players to get an instant reply. If not updated then they're removed from the list.

Also, a link to the Player's Fellowship should be available from the "Trader > accept offers" screen, just like from Notices (Bell).

I believe it would be an outstanding improvement if when you select ,the 'find members' tab, that the resulting list actually included active players.

Some form of this would be helpful. Iv thought that for a very long time. And it seems odd that inno hasnt done something like this already considering how much emphasis is placed on ppl being in fs's. The fact that inno hasnt already shows they may not be very interested in the idea.
So i would think to keep it as simple as possible for the most remote shot of them actually doing it.

I was thinking, for simple's sack, letting every player have a check box or such for 'looking for fs'. Those with it checked will be looking, those without will not. And those cities can show up in a list (which can be put where ever inno want.) This not only allows players to put themselves on the market, but even payers already in fs that might be looking for other options as well. So you dont have to be on your own before starting to advertise.
On the same note, each FS should have a 'looking for players' box to check. Same concept. Fs's looking for players can be put on a list somewhere. And players can look through the list of fs to see if one is more suitable for them.
This current system of blindly sending message to players or fs's and hoping to get something is really tiresome and hinders the fs's, players, and game.

Obviously you could add more to make it better, but im starting simple as can be. And i think even that simplistic idea would be a lot better then the current system.
