Red Dragon needs Help!

Red Dragon Fellowship has been working hard to finish this event, however, our Archmage, Krayeg, is nowhere to be found. He is not responding to messages or texts. He has not appointed anyone as mages or ambassadors. We have almost every gate done, with a chance to sweep all three chests! Is there anything else we can Do? Please help us!

Definitely submit a ticket to support, and they can promote someone to take over. Did anyone try taking the flag? There was a bug that allowed lower levels to take it, so worth a shot in the meantime.

Sorry if this will disappoint you, but finishing all three paths on the first map will only get you the first chest. There are three maps total and you have to finish one path on each map to earn all three chests. so if you already have completed at least one path, you should save your badges until someone is promoted by Support and you can claim the first chest and move to the second map.

You can also look at your stats, and that of your fellowship on elvenstats.com and it looks like you archmage has not been inactive long enough for Support to replace him as archmage, but hopefully they can promote you, or another member, to at least ambassador, so you can open the chest and move to the next map.
