Reduction in Residence production limit?

On Winyandor I now see my level 15 residences having a production limit of 18000 while a few hours ago it was still 22500. Did I miss an important update announcement? I do not recall reading about this change anywhere...

Nevermind, just realised I dropped in cultural bonus :( ... mods feel free to close this embarrassing thread

No it goes up as your bonus for culture goes up. You most likely dropped down a percentage while you was gone.
