so when we got to see orc moving out 11 province out to 13 or 15 province or moving orc tech tree after dwarfs story end, and fairy tech tree put to end,,,,

Uh oh, you've made the same blunder with the Advanced Scouts quest for the new chapter you did with the last, only worse. I took the 'Southern route' through the Fairies tech tree, through the Fairy Manufactories all the way to Pond of Recreation - planning now to go back through the (largely abandoned) upper branch. Now I get a non-declinable quest to research Advanced Scouts, when I have a mere 9 (nine) ("Nein!") techs to go through before I get there.

Seriously?
