is relic boost still capped at 700%?
I'm at about 656% or something and if relic is capped at 700%, i may just go all out on tourney so that i can get 700%

The only way to go over 700% is to build the AW that increases it.

Mountain Halls for your three normal boosted goods. And Time Warp later in the game does the same thing for your three boosted sentient goods.
