Hi - so what's the little red exclamation point on one of my past steps mean? Thank you.

It's a required tech that you skipped in the past because it was optional then. You will be stuck until you finish it

Guess I'll have to review my past techs to ensure I got them all. I seem to remember a skipped or added tech would be centered whenever I accessed the Research Tree.
