In looking at the Research Tree, while holding the left mouse button down moving the mouse left moves the tree to the left and moving the mouse right moves the tree to the right. However, moving the mouse up moves the tree down and moving the mouse down moves the tree up, which is counterintuitive. Consider reversing the default mouse vertical controls while viewing the Research Tree.
