Idea: Allowing players in slowly put in resources into a research so that even if you don't have enough resources, you can put resources into a research

Details: Sometimes you just don't have enough resources in order to complete a research, but you still want to do it. Let players put in resources and it will say "X%" finished or something.

Graphics: None at moment.

Sort of a layaway program.
I can see the point if somebody has trouble remembering that they want to earmark resources for something,
but I'd never use such a feature because it would DRASTICALLY reduce my flexibility.
