That is not a conversion recipe (ie, making 1 phoenix artifact from 2 Ashen artifacts). That is creating a Phoenix artifact from scratch.

I was thinking the same thing until last night and this morning. Two rotations (well, two for which I was awake, lol) in a row. They are in the "relics" slot, so there is no way that I can think of to increase the odds of getting that recipe.

They are a lot more rare than they should be. In the 3 weeks of this event, plus the week or two after until the next FA ends, you will be lucky to see it the five or six times needed to convert all the Ashen into original Phoenix artifacts.

What really sucks is if you are waiting to win artifacts from the fellowship adventure to do a conversion. Last year the recipes were leaving the MA less than a day after the FA ended. And I was forsaking Coldfire Phoenix in order to build and evolve a Fire Phoenix. It was very tight!

my 2 small cities are going to be hard pressed to get enough conversions in time as they both have a low stage fire phoenix .. would be nice to have extended period to convert, but not expecting to get it

Yes. You feed it once and it lasts the whole event. I have years worth of food at this rate.

Yup. It gives you extra event currency for each completed event quest. Looks like it is designed to augment, but not replace, the stash outpost.

this may have been asked and answered but will the blueprint for the (for me) fire phoenix craft only be around for a few weeks or is that something that will be in rotation for any extended time ?

Neither have I, and I have watched every turnover and made sure to have nothing cooking during the turnover.

I remember they had planned to take the artifacts out on the same day as the FA ended, but then extended it by a day. Still not enough!
