Royal Restoration question

In Magic Academy, under the crafting section I periodically get the ROYAL RESTORATION item but I never have whatever the little stars are as part of the payment to create this item. Where do I find these stars??? I don't understand having an item show up to craft if I can't get the ingredients to create it.

That little star is a blueprint. You can only get them in the 10th chest of the tournament.

I think by stars you mean blueprints. They look like this?

Those are earned through the tournament and are given out as part of the rewards for your fellowship compelting the 10th chest in the tournament.

I think Inno leaves them there for you to see, even if you don't have them, as an incentive to go get them.

You can use diamonds to replace a blueprint in crafting. Each ‘blue star’ will cost you 300 diamonds.
