Mainly group tournament chests. Alternatively, can trade in Blueprints in MA. 1 BP for 10 RRs, or 300 diamonds for every blueprint you don't have. Recipes vary between 1-3BPs. Lastly, some event prizes and random sales.

Think real hard before you use one though! Most buildings won in events can be replaced in the next event. Some buildings you may only level part way (my fire phoenix I stopped at chapter 6 when it switched from coin rains to portal profits). I'm just saying to try and make real sure the building you are going to use them on will be with you for the long haul!
