Where do I find and what are all the sources for obtaining Royal Velvet?

Royal Velvet is made in Silk factories that have been upgraded to at least level 24. You will find the tech that allows that upgrade early in Ch13-Amuni. The only other source is trading for it, but you have to be able to upgrade your trader to see the 2nd tier of Sentient goods in the trader. You also get the tech for upgrading the trader in the Amuni chapter.

Thank you very much ... I finally noticed the incredibly small icon in the silk factory upgrade ... time for an upgrade
