After completing Chapter 1 and unlocking Advanced Scouts, the scouting cost did not reduce for new provinces after continuing into Chapter 2. Cost to scout is still the same: 13,000 coins.

We have tested this and the scout reduction is working appropriately at this time. We will keep an eye on this in case this changes with further testing.
