i'm sorry but that really doesn't help with S.O.P.If you have a question as to why you haven't received an email for rewards, please send a ticket to Support and they will be happy to answer.
if they aren't supposed to "expect" an email, why not just say so?
b/c I dont want to send my FS members on a wild goose chase only to be given some canned techie answer that isn't really an answer.
tbh, I dont see the benefit in hiding this in subjects that we then aren't supposed to discuss.
