Seeking an active but fun loving fellowship

I’ve been playing the game for several weeks but in a very inactive fellowship. I’m looking for a fellowship that is active, but yet at the same time plays for fun and doesn’t have a lot of mandatory participation rules. I need someone to help me learn the game. For the most part I’m self taugh and I have a lot to learn. Let me also point out I play on a mobile app and I understand there are some issues with the app. If your fellowship can help me please respond. Thank you, Norwena.
