Please be aware that the support team is aware of ongoing server issues that are affecting the United States market. We are working closely with our system administration on-call team to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

As we obtain updates, we will be posting them here.

We were able to get chat corrected and are shifting resources away from the least affected servers to the most affected - we hope this is enough until our full tech team is available in the morning German time!!

Again, we are very sorry and hope the slowdown is less noticeable for everyone now.

We will be having some work done on our database this morning to hopefully prevent this from occurring again. Players may experience short downtimes in each world while this is being done.
