Some recent real life events have meant we lost some members 
We have 3 spots open. We accept players at any stage of the game. We help new cities get what they need to grow. There is no requirement to participate in tourneys or FA's, but most members do. For those who do participate, there is no minimum required. Larger cities funnel goods to smaller cities to get the tourney points as cheaply as we can. We can also funnel goods to help smaller cities grow faster (and that helps all of us!)
We enjoy tournaments and go for the 10th chest every 4 weeks. We get 8 chests on off weeks. Check out our FS stats here:

We've placed as high as #7 in FA's (but will ease off for this next one) and can guarantee getting all the map prizes for any FA. When game events/life stressors put too much pressure on us, we slack off and just do one path to the flag in each stage, snag the prizes and be done with it.
We've got some active chatters in our group as well as members who have never uttered a word, but have been with us for months.
About all we actually require are visits 3x/week, fair trades, score moves in a 2 week period. Most members do way more than this and many are daily players.
