Collected two separate sun flares, the Stash Outpost didn't give an extra one.

Current situation:
__Collected one sun flare, Stash Outpost did not activate, only got the one flare
__Collected 2nd sun flare, same thing
Expected situation:
__Get an extra sun flare every time I collect one
Reproduction Steps
1. __Can't reproduce again until another one drops
EDIT:
After reloading the game and waiting on a flare to drop, Stash Outpost is once again working. It still owes me two flares.
