Stylus no longer works on tablet

This happened a few months back, remained an issue for a while, and then got addressed, magically of course.
I use a Surface and click events with the stylus no longer register, except for the main buttons used to load the world.
Tapping with the finger is ok but not precise enough to fight, and is also a lot slower.

What is the OS, etc. you are using from the tablet?

I use a Surface Pro, first gen, but always keep it updated. So, it's Windows 10, Chrome version 60.0.3112.90.
But, last night the stylus started working again. :)
Just to be clear, for other programs, web, email, etc, the stylus works, just Elvenar, it stops sometimes, like there is a window pane over it.
