If you don't have room to move a building to but want to swap buildings of similar size in squares with each other, why not let us do that? I have workshops where I have houses and houses where I have workshops. So maybe when you try to plop a building down of the same size ontop of another it auto ejects that building and swaps them around on your cursor and then you go drop the other one where you want it etc.
