The Genie is only available in the Spire as a Prize. There are other types of prizes like it but none are in the MA

I am in chapter 4 (almost 5) and have been doing Spire since I got into chapter 3. I just got a genie for the first time today! Hooray! (But still no bear artifacts so far this week. Would rather have a bear artifact.)
